This Privacy Policy explains how Fabbr, LLC ("Fabbr," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you join our waitlist, visit our site, or otherwise interact with us before and after launch. When you join the waitlist you are opting in to periodic email updates from Fabbr. When you apply as a Founding Maker and give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about onboarding and launch. You can opt out at any time — use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
We use trusted providers to deliver these messages for us: Omnisend for waitlist and marketing email and text messaging, and Resend for transactional email such as replies to your contact-form messages. They process your contact details only to deliver these communications on our behalf.

To make any of these requests, email us at hello@fabbr.io and we will respond promptly.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies — used by Omnisend to understand how visitors use the site and to power our email tools — run only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can decline, or change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.
We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure site performance; these are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies. We never use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Fabbr is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Fabbr grows and as our services launch. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
